About the Role:
Are you passionate about translating research outcome towards clinical applications? Apply for this position to make a meaningful contribution in MR imaging of pancreatic cancer. As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will:
- Conduct research projects focused on MR imaging for treatment response prediction and stratification of pancreatic cancer
- Develop and validate novel concepts in time-resolved diffusion imaging involving the analysis of diffusion coefficients at different spatial scales and considering kurtosis
- Conduct research projects based on MR elastography techniques (conventional and under pseudo static external load) involving multiple acoustic sources and frequencies
- Have access to preclinical models and clinical workflows for pancreatic cancer
- Train and optimize deep learning models for tumor segmentation and physics-informed tasks
- Publish your findings in peer-reviewed journals and in conferences

Requirements:
- PhD in biomedical engineering, physics, computer science, medical degree
- Proficiency in programming languages and computing environments such as Matlab, Python or C/C++
- Some experience with MRI acquisition protocol development, in preclinical or clinical settings
- Basic knowledge in radiology and physiopathology of pancreatic cancer
