Elisa Moya-Sáez obtained her PhD in Telecommunications and Information Technology Engineering from the Universidad de Valladolid, Spain, in June 2024. She completed her BC Telecommunications Engineering degree at the same university in 2017, receiving the "Premio Extraordinario de Fin de Carrera," awarded to the most outstanding graduate, in December 2018.

Moya-Sáez joined the Image Processing Laboratory in 2018 through a Collaboration Fellowship, later completing her PhD with a fellowship from the Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer. Her research focuses on quantitative and synthetic MRI using deep learning techniques, as well as motion correction in perfusion cardiac MRI.
