This is a space for all members to help the CPC with the organization of the ESMRMB 2026 conference in Girona, Spain! It is an open space for all to voice their opinion, but mostly to propose sessions.

Rules for member proposals

Member sessions are 60-90 minute sessions proposed by the Membership. The proposals are open, and everybody can comment and contribute. Be an active part of the conference by organizing a session!

Submission deadline: April 19th, 2026. Submissions can still be changed after this date, but no new proposals will be accepted.
The CPC will ultimately decide which member sessions will be included in the congress. We will try to accommodate everyone, but the time slots are limited, and it will depend on multiple factors (including the number of scientific abstracts received) how much space there will be for this sessions. But they will for sure be a few!
The main proponents of the member sessions will be appropriately acknowledged in the program. The identity of the proponents will be determined by the CPC according to the original creation of the session page, the indications on the page itself, and the revision history. We will make sure that all those who significantly contributed to the organization will be acknowledged.
Wait before contacting speakers until a reasonable consensus is reached.
Do not change a speaker name that has already been contacted, unless the speaker officially declined.
Use the talk page of a proposal for discussion.
Main organizers and invited speakers of accepted sessions will be offered free admittance to the networking dinner.
